Personally, I think a number of these suggestions you'd need to be doing a tonne of in order to generate a reliable income. Plus, I'd also suggest that you'd want to do something that you're in control of, rather than the other party. Email surveys etc, you may have the time, but you're only going to get a survey to complete every now and then.
It's a hard graft. I think the best approach is pick one area and stick to it.

I agree that you'd earn much more income when you have control over your earnings. That's why affiliate marketing is one of the best sources. But for someone just starting out and getting their feet wet unmaking money online, email surveys might not be a bad place to start. Definitely I would move on to something else if I decide that I want to make more money online.
