1. Build Good Relationships with Your Followers
A good relationship created on the social media has a great impact on search results in that anything you share pops up in the search results of your followers. Meaning that the more you create a good relationship with your followers, the more you increase the chances of your brand or site being able to be seen. Build a strong social relationship with people by in an active manner by offering unique giveaways and great offers. Set a condition that for people to receive your valuable offers, they have to join your network or give you Facebook Likes, a +1, Tweeter Tweet, or StumbleUpon Stumble.

2. Post articles on Social Media immediately
For quick and efficient indexing, time bound contents should be posted on social media on time. The more connections you create directing inwards to all your articles, the greater or faster the speed with which notable search engines such as Google and Yahoo! will be able to find them and give them high indexing. Set articles or contents in such a way that they can be automatically posted on Google+, LinkedIn, or Twitter.

3. Concentrate on Content that can be Shared
Sharing content always works in favour of SEO by creating endorsements that can be likened to inbound links. One of the many advantages of content sharing is that even if you share content with someone who does not follow you on any particular social site, the sharer’s network will be able to see or access the post by searching on Google Social Search for pertinent material. Tweet links to your content, post company event pictures on Flickr and bookmark content and share it in your email signature.

4. Sign in on Pinterest.
Even though Pinterest is new, it is a very powerful and reliable SEO social site worth giving a try. It sends a lot of referral traffic and just like other big social sites such as Facebook and Twitter, it allows you to increase your presence on the Internet. Being that Google crawls boards and pins, you can optimise your pins for relevant keywords. In addition, you can optimise for Pinterest searches just by hashtagging the most important or desirable keyword on every pin.

5. Increase Your Google+ Presence
This is one of the best social SEO strategies that you can ever use in the year 2013. Even though Google+ is a small social site as compared to Facebook and Twitter, it is slowly emerging as a very strong and reliable player in the SEO field. With its new and unique features, Google+ is set to elevate SEO rankings of many functional websites to higher levels. The main advantage of increasing you Google+ presence is that you can unbelievably jump into a first-page ranking.

6. Offer Excellent Customer Service
Make sure that you satisfy your customers or followers by responding positively to their compliments, feedbacks, complaints, and giving relevant answers to their questions. In addition, the success stories of your esteemed followers.

7. Do Your Research and Know More About Your Competitors
Going through the reviews and comments that touch on your competitors’ social sites helps you greatly in learning about their weaknesses and strengths so that you can know where to make necessary adjustments. In addition, it equips you with necessary information that you can utilise to boost presence on the Internet.

8. Add Social Media Buttons
If you really need your blog post or site to go viral or be shared properly, you should remember to add social media buttons on it. Social media buttons are meant to make things much easier for your followers to share your posts.
