Job Boards are useful to only a few niche sites which can capitalize on the existing traffic. Still, if promoted well, it can generate some business as well as traffic.

Great blog! I am a newbie at blogging and I like to get more visitors on my blog. Aside from additional income, I think Donanza is great to attract more visitors on blogs. Anyway, i signed up last night after I read it from your article, however my problem is that I could not implement Donanza's job board on my blogger account. Your html code is only for wordpress blog. Hope you can give me an idea about this. I would really appreciate it a lot. Thank you so much...

I just want to say that this was VERY useful. Thank you for finally being the one to find (and explain) what I was looking for.

Thanks for the information - I am going to try this on my site to see if it generates business. Always something new for my visitors and I think this is nice.

Hey Richard, why would anyone want a job? Just kidding. This is a great way to add a monetizing feature to a blog and help folks get work!

Even though my site probably isn't appropriate for a job board, you article offers the potential Donanza user a complete technical treatment on how to set up a job board (and make sure readers aren't "navigated" away). Really covers the material in a way that even a beginner can follow. Nice job!

Hey, I always wanted to put a job board in my site I just didn't knew which one was the best. You cleared my doubts for now. Thanks a lot :-)

great web site, I just wanted to pass along a cool website that I've been getting my freelance jobs from. It's like a master index of a bunch of freelance writing jobs and resources. It's worked out well for me so far considering I've been out of a regular job for a while. I've been able to make a pretty good living so far. Check it out here

Hey Richard,

Thanks for sharing this - never heard of Donanza until now; and in saying that, you have given me the inspiration to start my own jobs board on one of my blogs, feel free to check it out @ http://jobs.seolab.com.au :)

Cheers!

Hey Rich,

I've finally decided to put a job board up on my site. I'm going to use a sub-domain to point to the job board and wondered how to keep it on the main site so that readers aren't directed to a completely new domain name. Then I saw this article - WOW! This saved me hours of research! THANK YOU for such an awesome, detailed guide on implementing the job board. You have no idea how helpful this is to me!

Hey Christina,
I'm really glad I was able to help you out. It makes a big difference to have the job board built right into your blog so that the readers aren't pulled off your main site. Let me know how it goes! :)
