The graphic processor is Adreno 305 and system memory is 512 MB RAM. The storage capacity that comes in built with these phones is 8GB. The storage expansion can be supported through micro SD, micro SDHC, micro SDXC and that is up to 64 GB.

The Nokia Lumia 521 and 620 both work on similar 2G network as GSM 850/900/1800/ and 3G network in Lumia 521 is WCDMA 850/1700/1900 and that in Lumia 620 is HSDPA 850/1900/2100.

Both the phones do not support dual SIM option but Lumia 620 has supports micro and nano cards.

It has a two stage shutter which is used for first shutter to autofocus and second shutter to shoot or capture. It has 4.68% of higher pixel density and thus picture quality is clear. The video light is supported by 620 is good which records a movie even in a low light in clubs and discs. A video light helps when recording a movie in low-light situation like a party.

The Nokia Lumia 521 is modestly thinner and is 1.10 mm and 3G lighter than 620 Lumia. The body volume of the phone is 2.46% lesser than Lumia 620. The screen is 5.26% bigger and offers better experience than 521 Lumia. Downloads supported are a bit faster in this device. The battery power is more in this phone.
